Our Story
Doorsulate is a company with innovation and problem solving as the building blocks of our culture. We have invented products, and in doing so had to invent machines to achieve our products. This all started about 12 years ago. I was uncomfortable wearing what tool belts were available. I decided to make one, and that was when the itch for innovating began. I created Quick Draw Tools. That was originally a Architectural Window Tinting Tool Belt. It evolved to have various parts and we sold over a thousand to the industry. As we learned how to make them I started inventing more and adding more patents.
Ultimately I am an inventor with many more on the way. I have dissolved all efforts on all other products for now. Just want to focus on one at a time.. and then they will all help each other as many are the same type of client.
Innovation at Our Core
Doorsulate – combination of skills and experience to solve insulation garage doors. This product was born out of needing to cool our own business and shop area. We tried several solutions and nothing worked. So invented it! The development spanned over two years. The original product was thin single bubble, with magnets. I have a patent pending on this system which was eventually changed to the Velcro System we have now. The magnetic system has some massive markets and we will go after that in time. I changed lanes and went after a lower cost, easier to make, and better overall system… Velcro with mounts that attach to the panels. The panels have Velcro sewn onto the material so it is an insanely strong bong, and will not fail.
Our Future
We are dedicated to expanding our certified dealer network and continuing to innovate with solutions that serve homeowners, businesses, and industries alike. With multiple products in development and a growing portfolio of patents, the best is yet to come.
